I have contacted this company cooperate office on several attempts about an issue with a payment they refuse to pay. And no response. At the time our executive director sent all staff to a local doc in a box to a have chest ex-ray done and almost a year later the payment wasn't paid by the company and the company who they sent us all to says they have reached out to Phoenix senior living and they haven't gotten a response back either.
