We recently had Phoenix Security Systems convert our original 1980s security system to a modern one, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The installers were meticulous, professional, and genuinely kind. They explained everything thoroughly and truly went above and beyond. Phoenix Security Systems has completed multiple projects for the Tinicum Township Police Department. Their personnel have been professional and their work has been exceptional throughout each project. Anytime an issue was encounted their team was able to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Phoenix for a security system! I researched many different companies and compared quotes. I called Phoenix multiple times before making a decision. Each time, Krista was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products. She wasn’t a pushy salesperson, which I appreciated.
