i had an appt at 12, waited till 12:35 to see her. and it was for grad pictures. and i was so stressed and i know she was rushed.. my curls came out by the time i got there.. they need to manage time better.. and they knew these were for grad photos cause it was mentioned on the phone, along with them being at 1pm and i live 25 mins away. (i was late.)
I have gone to Phoenix Salon a few times and have always had a great experience. These ladies are very welcoming and they always do a great job. I strongly recommend you visit them. I usually go as a walk in and they always greet you like you matter.
I had the most amazing experience at phoenix salon thanks to my stylist Bea and other stylists in the team Joelle and Shelly. What fantastic service they provided I walked out with the utmost confidence!. Bea did an absolutely amazing job with my hair all the staff felt like family I recommend this salon to everyone I will be going back!!!!
