By far the worst most disappointing experience. My appointment was booked weeks in advance and confirmed a week before the wedding. When the day came for my hair to be done, they were not able to accomodate me. They refused to try and make things work and were almost rude about it. I left the salon in tears one hour before the wedding. Needless to say, I found a much more accommodating salon that did an amazing job. Will never recommend this salon. Staff were rude and absolutely unaccomodating.
I had a fantastic experience with NATALJA VALIEV! She was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment really comfortable and enjoyable. I felt like she truly listened to what I wanted, and she delivered exactly that. Her cutting skills are excellent—my hair turned out even better than I hoped! You can tell she knows what she’s doing and cares about making her clients happy. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great cut and a great experience!
