I have visited Dr Alexandar Yap on two occasions now . It’s so refreshing to see a dentist who doesn’t try to upsell you . He actually discouraged me from an unnecessary filling replacement . His scale and polish is akin to a hygienist and he is patient and understanding to the customers fears and anxieties . 100% recommend . Great service .
My wife and I went to have a regular cleaning up and inspection. We had Dr Jonathan and he was professional and cheerful. We were very happy with his service and shall come back again!
Great customer service and value for money
Cracked a tooth yesterday. It was one of those serendipitous things that I was able to get an appointment on the day. The staff were all lovely and I can’t believe how much work I got done with so little pain. Dr Fong’s skill and patience was outstanding, constantly chatting to me, putting me at ease. What a gent!
Can’t recommend this place enough. I have severe dental anxiety and came needing a wisdom tooth extraction. The receptionists are welcoming, understanding and so comforting and kind. I had Dr Michael Fong and he was nothing but professional and compassionate. He completely understood my dental fears and never made me feel bad for it.
