My wife and I went to have a regular cleaning up and inspection. We had Dr Jonathan and he was professional and cheerful. We were very happy with his service and shall come back again!
Great customer service and value for money
Cracked a tooth yesterday. It was one of those serendipitous things that I was able to get an appointment on the day. The staff were all lovely and I can’t believe how much work I got done with so little pain. Dr Fong’s skill and patience was outstanding, constantly chatting to me, putting me at ease. What a gent!
Can’t recommend this place enough. I have severe dental anxiety and came needing a wisdom tooth extraction. The receptionists are welcoming, understanding and so comforting and kind. I had Dr Michael Fong and he was nothing but professional and compassionate. He completely understood my dental fears and never made me feel bad for it. I cannot thank the team at Phoenix Road enough for being so lovely, understanding and patient. I’m a highly anxious person, so anxious that I often will put off visits to the dentist due to fear and since my last awful experience at a clinic that rhymes with shmee bee schmental, I was certain I wouldn’t be getting any dental care for a LONG time.
