I found Phoenix Rising totally by accident and I'm so thankful! Sandra is incredibly knowledgeable about my braces. My physiatrist recommended Phoenix Rising when I found out braces would help me. A couple of weeks ago the right strap came completely apart and my husband used safety pins to hold the separated pieces together. I was trying to find a new prosthetic lab in the area, I spoke with the owner Sandra and found her to be rude and not very knowledgeable and lacked all personality skills that would have made it easy for me to make an appointment with her,
Phoenix Rising (Sandra) has been extremely helpful where she crafted a custom ankle/foot brace with a 4" lift because of leg length discrepancy. It truly was a work of art! I'm not sure I would get as much attention elsewhere. She has also helped me emotionally since I was having a difficult time adjusting. Sandra made it possible for me to walk. I'm extremely grateful.
I highly recommend ! I feel very lucky to have found Phoenix Rising. I needed help with uneven leg length after hip replacement surgery. Sandra Schechner the owner took her time with me and I received a thorough exam. She knew that exactly how to help me and made a shoe insert while I waited.
