Sandra really dedicated to her job. Sandra explained everything in detail. My father received a more in depth and detailed treatment, looked in every angle to see what was needed for his diabetic shoes and inserts.

Also excellent knowledge of billing structure and payment and reimbursement. I found Phoenix Rising totally by accident and I'm so thankful! Sandra is incredibly knowledgeable about my braces. My physiatrist recommended Phoenix Rising when I found out braces would help me. A couple of weeks ago the right strap came completely apart and my husband used safety pins to hold the separated pieces together.
