This was my first time at Phoenix Rising Studio and I’m beyond satisfied with the service and haircut that I received from Xavier! I’m 38 years old and it’s truly by far one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! I recommend this Salon 10/10!

Xavier is an actual magician. Went from box dye brown to platinum blonde and he made my hair look *flawless*. I am genuinely so happy with it. So incredibly happy with this service!!!!!
