Overall a good store. Staff is usually friendly and helpful and the customers/players are willing to help you learn new games. Avoid Wednesday nights. There is a blowhard braggart that is a regular on that night who throws fits if he doesn't get his way. I have other friends who tell me they avoid Wednesdays because of him. Otherwise a great place.
