What a joke! They never return your calls to schedule an appointment. They have 1 employee who does all the scheduling for the.Alliance and Canton offices. Clearly, she needs more help. When I finally did get an appointment, I had to cancel it, because I was in the hospital. When I called back to reschedule, they said they wouldn’t reschedule me because I had missed my first appointment!

They won't return calls. They closed my account and left me without medication without so much as a letter.

Called three days in a row no answer - the receptionist then said it was my fault and was rude with me on the phone.

I have been seeing Kathy as my provider for a little over two years now. I’ve been in therapy almost my whole life…and she’s not the “pen and paper” style clinician. I’ve been a fairly defiant client as I’ve lost hope with prior counselors, doctors, etc. Recently, I’ve started counseling therapy via video after a lot of suggesting- I felt it was probably time as well in regards to a recent family loss.
