i would never recommend phoenix rising. there hasn't been a time i left that i didn't cry from frustration of not being listened to. it's crazy to think the people who are supposed to help you are so judgmental and dismissive. Shonda would be the ONLY person out of the whole place id recommend
What a joke! They never return your calls to schedule an appointment. They have 1 employee who does all the scheduling for the.Alliance and Canton offices. Clearly, she needs more help. When I finally did get an appointment, I had to cancel it, because I was in the hospital. When I called back to reschedule, they said they wouldn’t reschedule me because I had missed my first appointment!
