I got off work late on Friday and wasn't able to request a refill on my medications. All weekend I tried to get in contact with someone but couldn't. 4 days I am going without my medications and now I'm here and have asked to speak with the nurse so that I can have my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and not have to wait any longer and I have been here 30 minutes and not one of the check in nurses has helped me not the nurse that I asked for. They keep looking at me and laughing. I'm about to blow up
Therapy is fine but the front desk is a joke. Im a new patient and they have messed up my appointments multiple times. Hire people that aren't clueless.
I went here this evening in the midst of a mental break down and they sent the cops to my house after I decided to refuse services from them. MIND YOU, I told them I have appointments set up at a different clinic for psychiatric care and counseling. I was approached at intake by not 1, but 2 people (this made me very uncomfortable and I explained that but they did not care) I felt targeted and threatened here. I will never be back. Very unprofessional when scheduling. Then they scheduled a virtual visit, confirmed email where they were sending the link to join to, then proceeded to never send me an email. When called to ask what to do, they wouldn’t answer. Do not recommend unless you want to fiddle around trying to get an appointment.
I have been here for multiple years and I have to say that I was satisfied at first, but would no longer recommend it as an ongoing patient. I originally liked it here and found medication that treated my anxiety, but every time it is time for my refills I get a notification from my pharmacy that they have reached out to my prescriber 2-3x without an answer, so I have had to reach out as well.
