Not gonna lie plan on moving different places, front desk people never answer the phone never get back voicemails unless it’s convenient for them, or like example called me to reschedule, but never received the call because they were closed that day. They don’t have their priorities straight, as a Patient that likes to be in person with appointments. I’m thinking about just doing online simply because they are not satisfying me or helping me when I need them.
Went up to the front desk like 30 mins ago to ask about Coleman. She told me to go to the window. I said I'm not here for the crisis center and if I would still go for my meds she said ughh u have to go to the one on tusc. NOT SAYING THAT ITS CLOSED AND NOT EVEN OPENED YET. like how are u going to act like I'm the stupid one and then point me to a closed building. She was rude about it to. Very much did not appreciate her tude. Because she was wrong

Checking in for an appointment and was told I had a balance. Upon asking why, I was told two of my co-pays were unpaid. I had already paid all of my co-pays. Was later told the implausible story that it was a "glitch" and that the cash hadn't "posted". This explanation raises more questions than it answers in my opinion. How exactly does it take cash 2 and 3 weeks to post? I'm not sure this is how an ethical business operates. Luckily I had demanded cash receipts.
