Let's see where do I start ! First off they "steal " peoples vehicles and tow them so far away from where it was taken and expect you to be able to get it home after their "experienced" drivers dropped it 2 times while "STEALING " it. Terrible Just Terrible Customer service! This place will scam you and take advantage of you! Look elsewhere for your downing needs!
I would give it no stars if possible. Guy was rude since the first time i called. Waited for an hour. Called him back to ask how much longer it's gonna be and all he said was "20 minutes call someone else if you want" worse customer service ever!!!
I had to repo my very own Camaro and Phoenix Repossession helped me out big time!!! Got my car back quick! Friendly and professional! Thank you Phoenix Repo, you guys rock!!!!!!!!!
