I injured myself during an exercise the last two times I was there. Inner elbow tendon and neck and back to my chiropractor for treatment. He stated I should not be doing a tandom exercise catching a ball with my neck issues.I still do the exercises daily at home (minus someone throwing a ball at me) Still have pain and inflammation in most tendons in my ankle plus the new injury to my right arm. I love Phoenix Rehab! Becky and her whole staff are very knowledgeable and care about their patients. Both of my sons have gone here and I wouldn't ever take them anywhere else!!!
