I don’t know what the program is like, but I just called to get some advice and the lady on the phone was so dang mean. Most people that call there are either at their rock bottom or live someone who is. They (we) don’t know where to turn out who to call. The last thing we need is someone to be terribly rude and not helpful at all! I feel sorry for the women that are in that program that have to deal with this lady on a daily basis as they try to get their lives together.
