I was able to get through and talk to someone in billing. The lady I talked to was very helpful. She researched my account and found the discrepancy. she told me they are trying to improved their billing site to show what was billed for what dates so there isn’t any question. There was an error in their billing so system trying to bill me for a date I had canceled on. She apologized for the error and we resolved the issue. I really liked the counselors and therapy they had but I stopped using their counseling because of the ... read more

The biggest crappiest business ever. They don't know how to run a business they are so mixed up in their paper work and billing. I dumped them over two years ago because they kept double charging me for visits and when I went to talk to them about it they gave me all sorts of stupid explanations why they bill the way they do. I never could get a hold of any billing people to talk to on the phone. they say they will call you back which took awhile for that.
