I don’t think you should be running a psychology clinic without a reception stuff to return calls and emails. It’s highly unprofessional/unethical and my mental health plan is sitting with you guys since November last year without any access to it or call back. I’ve emailed twice, texted and even tried to come in person. This is seriously concerning for an organisation that is meant to care for people’s wellbeing and mind.
