I'm a new patient and so far everything has been great. I came in a real time of need and my calls were returned asap, scheduling has been easy, and my medications were at the pharmacy right away.
The dr in the office has not shown up to two appointments now, without warning or any communication. Time for a new Dr.

One of the greatest things I've ever done reach out for help Dr.Mendez has been nothing short of amazing she's been a instrumental in my new journey
Everything was good in the beginning and now it’s just gone down hill, she doesn’t return phone calls, her voicemail box is always full and she doesn’t even send in your medication like she is supposed to, and she missed my appointment and didn’t bother to send a text or call back, she decided to call the next day with a lame excuse for missing my appointment. mental health is very very critical and you shouldn’t have to wait days on days for your medication to be sent in.
