RecommendedI really love this place it saved my life and the staff is amazing people also. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to change there life
You build a family bond. The counselors are all amazing with everything from one on one counselor sessions to group counseling. The residential program is very helpful to get clean and learn how to live life without drugs or alcohol. I reccomend The Phoenix house to anyone struggling with addiction.
It’s the place to be only if your ready I love it it’s keeping me a live everyday
I did SATOP there many years ago. I also worked there for a year and a half. Most if not all of the treatment staff are recovering addicts or have been intimately affected by substance abuse or addiction.

they insisted they didn't take my insurance for inpatient, even though they ARE a contractor provider for inpatient UHC. (UHC was not happy to hear they were refusing to accept my insurance.) They never have an open bed. Every person you talk to gives you a different time to call or person to speak to. This is the worst run place I have ever dealt with.
