7 months after I dropped of my generator and I still have nothing. Steve no longer returns my phone calls to make false promises. I have filed a BBB complaint and have started civil action through Hillsborough county. Read all the online reviews and you see a clear pattern of incredibly poor customer service. Mine appears to be the first of outright theft.
