Subcontractor and customer beware. Chris runs a horrible business at Phoenix Pools Inc. He doesn’t not pay his subcontractors or complete the customers work. He will take your money and avoid you at all cost. DO NOT DO WORK WITH PHOENIX POOLS INC.

After purchasing a house find Phoenix Pools supplied and installed all the pool equipments. From day one their variable speed pool pump was leaking and pool filter lid opening mechanism wasn't working right. Contacted the company, exchanged 7-8 text messages, more than 6 weeks passed and several excuses and promises, but nothing happened. Their installations should cover and backed up by their warranty, most of the responsible contractors working that way!!! As I said, MOST !!!! Chris from Phoenix Pools is the last person you want to deal with. He seems nice and professional but dealing with him is a nightmare. He’s a liar, irresponsible, and unprofessional creature. Never trust him or his company who is under his wife’s name. I’m going after his license. He won’t be able to scam people anymore.
