I came in to get my pool water tested and Jim was great. A lot of knowledge and steps to take to fix the issue.
Went in to the store to test water for a pool, and the gentleman who was working there (he is bald). I don’t remember his name, nor do I bother to do so, because they were really rude. Told them that I needed to test the water for the pool. He asked me “You’ve never tested water before?” I told him no, besides the test strips that I use, we don’t have a test kit which is why I went to Leslie’s in the first place.
