This location sucks. I drive 10 minutes further to another location just to avoid it. The staff here is the absolute worst. Bald guy in particular. Always has an attitude, condescending, fake friendly. And they all act like they're sales dudes on commission, trying to sell you stuff you probably don't need. I went in there yesterday to buy vacuum hose, and i could literally see the staff member contemplating in his head how he could come up with a way to get me to buy more stuff. I get my water tested here regularly, this time Jim hooked me up!!! They have all the pool supplies you'll ever need!
I recently moved to the area and took over a pool in need or repair and care. I couldn't comprehend paying $180 a month for pool service. In I walked to Leslie Pool Supplies, without knowledge, skills, nor understanding of what to do next. Jim, the assistant manger, was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Now I am my own pool guy, and Leslie's Pool Supplies in my go to for all the tools and chemicals needed. Jim is an absolute godsend and deserves a promotion, thank you!
