Mike came out and looked at the job and gave us a quote. This was on Friday and he said that he would come out Monday after he finished another job and if not, he would be coming first thing Tuesday morning. He called Tuesday and said he had a doctor appointment and would be here afterward. He showed up about 12:00; looked at the job again and said that he didn't feel comfortable with the doing the job. I live in The Crossings at Oak Brook and when it froze all the empty apartments pipes busted and I got all the water, these guys came out and worked on our buildings pipes for days, they are a great group of guys they worked diligently until way after midnight they are friendly and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. Very professional
