I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced today. I called at exactly 1:25 PM and a male staff member answered. I politely and humbly asked to speak with the manager. His response? "Sure, hold on real quick"—then I heard a loud SLAM and the line was DISCONNECTED. He HUNG UP on me without a single word of explanation. Great location downtown if you want to work out at lunch and avoid the crowds! They have everything you need for a complete workout. Trish and the team are very supportive and accommodating.

Fantastic gym, I love it. The staff are truly top-notch. It's not huge but has what I need. Love the Peloton bikes. Lockers, showers, and toiletries are just awesome. Couldn't ask for more honestly

This gym has everything you need including great classes. Coach T, Bailey and Rene are awesome. They greet you every time you come in and know you by name. It's very convenient and the hours are perfect. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a basic, affordable gym with all the equipment you need and super frienly staff, this is a great place. The group classes are fun (I go to HIIT regularly). The shower facilities/locker rooms are also clean and kept up nice. It's usually never crowded and a very convenient location if you work on Central Avenue.
