I travel to Phoenix almost monthly and always use this gym. It is extremely well managed and clean and the staff is consistent and always friendly and professional. I would have to classify this as the best gym I have been to in over 30 years of training at numerous facilities. A huge thank you to the staff and management.
I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced today. I called at exactly 1:25 PM and a male staff member answered. I politely and humbly asked to speak with the manager. His response? "Sure, hold on real quick"—then I heard a loud SLAM and the line was DISCONNECTED. He HUNG UP on me without a single word of explanation. Great location downtown if you want to work out at lunch and avoid the crowds! They have everything you need for a complete workout. Trish and the team are very supportive and accommodating.
Fantastic gym, I love it. The staff are truly top-notch. It's not huge but has what I need. Love the Peloton bikes. Lockers, showers, and toiletries are just awesome. Couldn't ask for more honestly
This gym has everything you need including great classes. Coach T, Bailey and Rene are awesome. They greet you every time you come in and know you by name. It's very convenient and the hours are perfect. Highly recommend!
