I came to Phoenix after a delayed recovery with my ACL reconstruction. From the email communication/ initial requests around the holidays to get on the calendar after the New Year, then through the last several months of rehab, my knee has improved tremendously. I had a terrible experience. I'm not one to use the race card but in this instance I felt I have to because Black people are human beings too and the staff are very racist and they can't hide it even though they really tried. And I was more disappointed then hurt because I'm use to this type of behavior from most people who don't look like me. I don't hate anyone I wasn't raised like that yet I also realized that ignorance knows no color but hate of race is a learned behavior that starts in the home. I wouldn't recommend ANY... read more
