Everybody at the Pasadena office was very helpful. When I first started Physical Therapy Melissa came to my apartment because I could not drive. That was the first two weeks and then I started coming into the office. I had Melissa and Sabrina and they were extremely helpful. They started out slowly working on the bending because doctor did not want them to force at first. Then when he wanted to work on forcing it they did. Everybody at Phoenix Physical Therapy is super nice. The reception is awesome. She was very helpful with getting me with filling out paperwork. Then she had me fill the paperwork and she said Melissa would be out to get me and then she took me back and we talked. I said the doctor didn’t not want me to push bending the knee. She said okay so she took some measurements and we talked and she said she was going to give me exercises to do at home. Melissa and Sabrina do a great job with the therapy & are very welcoming.
The care providers are friendly and have a good balance between being gentle and effective. I feel like I’m progressing well with minimal pain.
