At first I was really nervous about starting physical therapy. I believed I was going to be in horrible pain and I would be pushed too far. But this was not the case. My therapist was wonderful in explaining the process. She did an assessment to see where I was and what I needed. I began my therapy the next day and she was gentle and understanding. Phoenix therapists are the very best! They have given me back the mobility I had lost. At my age arthritis and joint replacements can be problematic. Phoenix raised me from the ashes!!! First was my knee, then vertigo, followed by a right hip replacement, severe sciatica and finally shoulders/neck/elbows. Pain put a stop to almost everything I loved to do.
