I learned about Phoenix PT when my Cleveland doctor looked for a place to help me with my Lymphedema ( as a result of breast cancer and the removal of two lymph nodes under my arm). This occurred two years after my surgery and radiation. I wanted to be closer to home. It’s on North Rd just south of Youngstown Rd and the receptionist and Therapist I’ve met are pleasant, competent and good to work with. They have been adaptable and tolerant of my crazy schedule. I recommend them!!
My therapists, Renee and Cynthia, were both extremely kind, knowledgeable and really good at their jobs. I was lucky enough to have home therapy and always enjoyed welcoming them into my home. I hope I never need their services again but if I do I will not hesitate to ask for them. And a shout out to Pam who is always so cheerful and nice on the phone when I call with a question.
