Zero customer service/technical support. I am a Master Electrician and HVAC technician. I work on many complex control system, many times using manufacturers technical support lines. We diagnose issues over the phone all the time but the people at Phoenix Converters do not believe that troubleshooting can be done over the phone. Their solution appears to only consist of purchasing a new controller or shipping the old unit back to them to diagnose, while your customer is out of business without the use of their equipment.T he... read more
I called Phoenix Phase Converters to let them know they need to start checking the motors they receive from their suppliers because the one I received was not balanced properly. I know this because I have worked in the field balancing and vibration monitoring industry since 1983. I have taught more classes than I can count at maintenance departments at fortune 500 companies that have their own maintenance departments and would also go on site to resolve problems companies would have. Worst customer service ever, Glen lost a 1200.00 sale because customers are not his priority.

Talk about quality! I received my phoenix phase converter quick and was very excited to see how well it was constructed. It's quiet and runs very smooth. Great a+ company!
The 10 HP Phase Converter I bought for them was a good buy. Their customer service and manners are terrible. I would rather pay more to buy from someone else. *** ******
Customer service after purchase is terrible. They are not helpful at all! An electrician I'm not, but I do know a little and enough to know I would not recommend this company at all! They have no people skills and do not answer your questions at all. I hear ******** ****** is a better company. I will be trying them on my next phase converter.

Phase Converter works perfectly, we were trying to fix his lathe over the phone for free so he wouldn't have to hire an electrician. Nothing to do with our product. We suggested to hire an electrician. We don't feel this feedback was necessary at all, as we helped way beyond the point after the sale.
