Good selection but TERRIBLE customer service if you need to change or cancel an order. Pay special attention to their refund policy before ordering. I personally will never order again.
Unfortunately, all of the plants I purchased had diseases and eventually died. I believe this was due to the poor condition of the plants at the time of purchase.I consulted with a knowledgeable plant expert who confirmed that the plants were diseased and had likely infected my other plants. I attempted to discuss this issue with your staff, but they were dismissive and unhelpful. I spent over $300 on these succulents and only have a few remaining. I ordered over 1000$ worth from them this year. I ordered on February and only got my perrenials in July. Reason: they were growing them to be healthy. Wtf it doesn't say that when you order from them. And are they so out of touch with their customers that they don't realize people plant their gardens in the spring. Not July And good luck trying to get a credit for a dead plant. In the future I'll take my 1000 dollars and spend it elsewhere
