Arrived 10 minutes early to an appointment for a vaccination only and was promptly asked to pay my co pay . Watched numerous families come and go. We sat for 55 minutes , until I asked how much longer it would be. They acted confused like they didn't know we were there. Then started asking questions about what we were there for. It was for an HPV booster vaccination. They then said cause it's not flu season. I again said he's not here for a flu shot !!!
