Billing issues. I arrived and while checking in I was informed I had an amount due from my daughter’s previous wellness appointment she had two months prior. I was being billed an additional annual for the previous wellness visit because I had asked “questions” during the visit, after the physician had asked me if I had any questions. Dr. Berger is fantastic. We’ve had such a great experience with him as our pediatrician. He is caring, attentive, and takes the time to really listen and answer questions thoroughly, which makes a huge difference as a parent. He has a calm, reassuring approach that helps both kids and parents feel comfortable and confident in the care being provided. We truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!
I wouldn't refer this office to anyone. I was waiting almost 2 weeks to get a reponse for an appt. They never called me. I had called them . The excuse was waiting on the doctor to look at his records. Lol
Took the morning off for the kiddos and came in for wellness check and noted in the appointment will need flu shots, when we get there they told us it ran out! Had to start another whole process to get the shots. Wish they could have told us sooner before we got in.
