I wouldn't refer this office to anyone. I was waiting almost 2 weeks to get a reponse for an appt. They never called me. I had called them . The excuse was waiting on the doctor to look at his records. Lol
Took the morning off for the kiddos and came in for wellness check and noted in the appointment will need flu shots, when we get there they told us it ran out! Had to start another whole process to get the shots. Wish they could have told us sooner before we got in.
Dr. Nagorka is just so good with children and takes the pain and fear out of going to the doctor. The staff is helpful and we have had smooth processes since the change to Arbor.
Dr Berger is the best! We always get in when we need to and receive wonderful care ❤️
