Dr Manny's staff does NOT submit to insurance for preauthorization for medications. They pretend that they're doing it and that it failed. So I got jerked around and changed meds so many times before I called my insurance out of frustration and found out the staff had been lying to me the entire time. You can tell Dr. Manny and his team care about their patients. The front desk is incredibly responsive and act professional even when I feel I'm hassling them over RX transfers or questions. Dr. Manny is always there when I contact him through the patient portal and promptly responds to my questions and concerns. The appointments are quite flexible and he actually listens to his patients, making decisions with their input and best interests in mind. Dr. Manny is an amazing doctor and person. He genuinely cares about people and the community. He is very attentive to what our concerns are and really focus on the issue and give it the importance that it has. I love the way he keeps in touch with us parents through emails, the portal and follow up calls, something that many doctors don’t do nowadays and it’s so important!!
