Very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable
I had terrible communication with them. They couldn't answer phone calls regarding issues for loan signing only did Email. Asking me to re upload a document that was already inside of the Scan package. I've been a notary for over 5 years now and it seems like this company doesn't know how to run a Signing Service correctly. They cannot read scans and asking for more documents that aren't even inside of the instruction page. First and Last time I will be working with this company.
I am a notary in Pennsylvania. I completed my first assignment with Phoenix Notary Pro today, 1/10/26. They are a great company to work with. Very professional and courteous from beginning to end. I hope to work this company again soon.
