My visit with Dr. Anderson was wonderful! Very pleasant, patient and took time to respond to questions/concerns I had during this visit as well as provide positive reinforcement to help me feel empowered with knowledge and genuinely cared for as a human. I've worked with many other providers here at this office over the past 5 years and I can say that Dr. Anderson is the most exceptional of them all. Thank you for working with me during our visit with many more to come!
My primary concern is with Dr. Torzala and the quality of care I receive during my visits. While I understand that medical offices can run behind schedule, I am consistently waiting over 40 minutes past my appointment time, only to be rushed through very brief visits. This makes the experience feel dismissive and lacking in genuine patient care. I was recently diagnosed with epilepsy at 27, which is a significant and life-changing condition. Dr Anderson is the best. He listens and is very understanding of issues and always gives expert recommendations. Staff is attentive and efficient. Highly recommend Phx N.
My husband went today. It was a pointless appointment and he left with zero confidence at all. He spent most of his time they’re filling out pages upon pages of paperwork that no one even looked at, and then he wasn’t even confident that he was speaking to anyone with any training. I think he thought he was going to a specialist, but came away feeling very disheartened. All further appointments have been canceled.
Dr. Anderson and his staff were great. They were all pleasant and professional. What a warm welcome I received from this physician! Discovering he’s a Navy veteran gave me added assurance I was in the right hands! Thanks so much.
