My first appointment with Dr Anderson went very well. I showed up early and was called in earlier than my appointed time. I was very impressed with Dr. Anderson, he took time to explain the procedure. I would highly recommend this facility and Dr. Anderson.
Very friendly good customer service
I would give this place zero stars if I could. Let’s start with the front desk staff. Sandy (the main culprit) is extremely rude, has zero customer service skills, and purposely cancels appointments so you have to pay fees. She purses her big duck mouth at you and stares with disgust if you’re wearing yoga pants. She made a comment to me “why are you wearing makeup for a doctor’s appointment” completely unnecessary and honestly none of her business. The level of disorganization is crazy. Phoenix neurology is an excellent Group for any Neuro logical and sleep apnea conditions. The staff is on point and Dr Anderson takes his time with his patience. I highly recommend this Clinic.
The Doctors and practitioners are always wonderful! The front office staff seems to be rushed and irritated. They're not very friendly! It's unfortunate because it doesn't reflect well on this office!
