I am so distraught. I purchased a beautiful necklace and it got a kink that I could not remove. I brought it back first weekend in Oct 2019. Jen assured me that if it could not be fixed, they would have chain REPLACED. Never heard from her. O had to call...in Nov for status. She said she will mail out in a couple of weeks.
