I love Phoenix nails! The owner is a gem, she’s a hardworking mom who rolls up her sleeves alongside her employees and is teaching her son this same work ethic. I will support that ALL DAY! The employees treat you well and do a wonderful job on hands and feet. My mani/pedis go 8++ days without any issues. They open clean tools right in front of you, offer free beverages and have a loyalty/rewards program that doesn’t require a stupid app or email address. I wish more places were like this. One of the lady’s cut my toe claiming it was a “hang-nail” there was no hangnail she cut the skin on the side of my nail and it was bleeding really bad. 8 hours later & it hurts bad I’m so upset
The manager had an attitude I showed her all my gel on my manicure came off completely the next day. I wanted a refund and she said she can only have them re-do it. I wasted my money to have the gel literally come off, had to drive all the way back there for her to tell me my only option is to get another gel manicure. Wasted my money, gas, time, and energy and I ended up upset Don’t come here my friend also told me they have fungus after I told her what happened
I got fungus after coming here several times for pedicures I only went here for a while and then I got fungus and my big toe nails started to break off and turn yellow. I’m so upset, I don’t deserve this. Please don’t go here
