Gel pedicure. Eric was my technician. I’ve been here once before and it was great. So I decided to return. This time I noticed the tech missing steps in the pedi process. He did my cuticles, polish then lotion/massage, but he completely forgot to scrub the bottoms of my feet. Then he used only ONE hand the entire time to slather lotion on my legs and rub it around. He was too bothered to put on another glove and use both. No hot towel either. Instead, he got up and grabbed a used purple towel from nearby to wipe my legs off.... read more

My daughter and her friend (french nail) visited Phoenix Salon recently, but unfortunately, the results were not what we expected. The shaping of the nails was sloppy, and the overall quality wasn’t great. We appreciate that the owner allowed them to come back for a repair the next day, but even then, the work was only slightly improved. Additionally, the service took over an hour, which felt excessive for the results. Came to get a pedicure and was very pleased. I saw this place was so clean compare to other places. The prices were reasonable. I got the satisfactory package and was wonderful. I was so pleased that I end up getting a dip of my nails. Maria and Kelly thank you so much for a great job.

Terrible job, I can’t even describe the nail job. Lots of bubbles, he shaved my nail down too much I had to pull away in pain. He also didn’t fill the tip completely so when I asked him to fill it he painted on top of it completely done so it has multiple layers.
