I used to be a regular here, but after a recent experience I will never be back. The hostess was so rude. She never needs to be in charge of greeting and assisting customers again with that attitude. I got a “manicure” but the tech only shaped and cut my nails. That’s it. I’ve had several manicures here before and I know for a fact steps were skipped. Excellent Service! Phoenix Nail Salon is amazing! The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and my nails came out perfect. Great attention to detail and relaxing atmosphere — highly recommend!
