WOW!!! Where to start… We are so grateful for the care our dog has received here. Dr. Morrison and her team, Hannah and Yami (sorry if spelled incorrectly), have been amazing. They are incredibly compassionate, brilliant, and showed a genuine concern for our dog. Dr. Morrison really slowed down and took the time to listen to ALL of my concerns. Lost my confidence in this practice The front desk is friendly and the initial exam and vaccination services were adequate. Beyond that, I have serious concerns about this practice. I scheduled a vet tech appointment for an injection my senior dog needed, prescribed by a veterinary specialist. When I arrived—after working hard to carve time out of my schedule—they refused to proceed because they hadn't reviewed the records. Stay far far away from this place. They charge you $150 every time you make an appointment rotating Veterinarian so you never get the same one. They won’t allow you in the room for a nail clipping so I went in anyway and there was my dog almost being strangled. They forced vaccines and just an all-around bad vibe find someplace else, please.
I love this vet clinic!! Dr. Holden, Dr. K, and Dr. Morrison and one other whose name I can't remember are all fantastic. The front desk staff is kind and helpful. They take such good care of my Buddy and they know I am on the more holistic side of things and I'm on a budget, so they never push anything on me that I don't think is necessary for him.
