Arrogance mixed with deception. They claimed to have changed a unit and we got a call later again that the ordered unit just arrived. What did you changed initially? The receptionist named Kiahj is a disrespectful one. Looking for ways to downplay issues and put a cost of rechecking on us....
Purchase a new Holden 4 years ago and advised at the time it had some paint damage in the yard but it is all fixed, now the paint is stuffed and needs a respray because it’s a typical used car back yard job - of course Holden won’t touch it because it’s not their paint work. However if I pay $180 they will submit a claim to tell me they can’t help. I will update the salesman’s name when I find it.
