Worst dealership, service department in history Twice I've been there, and twice its been a headache. Service centre is very good Sales men not pushy and honest
My car went in for seat belt repair and service back in January, they had my car all day and when I went in to collect the vehicle was told the seat belt part had not arrived, even though I was told it would be in on that date. I went out to me car to go home and found a deep scratch on the front right bumper. I went inside and was told they were very sorry and it would be repaired the next time I went in to get the seat belt fixed. Having previously made a booking to have a couple of rust issues looked at under warranty I then received a phone call from the service department a few days later informing me that the booking had to be changed due to circumstances at their end. I was then subsequently given a new date and time via a phone call to drop my car off for the inspection to be carried out.
