FURHER UPDATE BASED ON NEW INFO TODAY:- As previously stated, the car's intternal detailing work was exemplary, very thorough, and William was very polite initially. Unfortunately , the complimentary engine bay clean was with an airborne spray of sorts initially, followed by an air hose blast to disperse the product, according to William's phone comment today, followed by a wipe over, so essentially by William’s description, an airborne spray disseminated further by an air blast. What a transformation! From a very dirty and neglected car to an absolute princess. I don't think she was this clean when I bought her. Highly recommend Phoenix for your car detailing.
