Very unprofessional and lack communication skills. Took weeks to set up an appointment since their only options to set appointment is thru 3rd party website: Headway.co Set up an appointment to speak with Katie but no one showed up. I had to call their office to get some sort of update. Front desk receptionist noted that they will call with a new rescheduled date; however, upon calling back after 3 days to get an update the call was answered but background noise sounded like someone was working from home. I have never had a medical professional listen to me the way Canaan does. He doesn’t brush off my concerns or any side effects I say I am having. I genuinely believe that this practice has changed my life for the better.
I own the Ellie Mental Health clinic across the parking lot from Phoenix Mindcare and we met Caanan and Katie before they opened. They are outstanding! Our therapists have referred a bunch of our clients over there for medication management and they’ve all had nothing but good things to say about them. Very glad to have such knowledgeable, experienced & caring psychiatric providers in our community!
