booo phoenix! 0 stars if it was possible. my husband waited for nearly 3 hours past his appointment time to see the doctor for his eye. there was 1 other person in front of him. such disrespect to someone’s time/money paying for parking. very disappointing and not professional or efficient at all. yikes.
Everytime I book an appointment for bloodwork, they take all the walk ins before me and I end up sitting there to wait anyways. What’s the point of making an appointment? My last visit, the bathroom had urine stained all over the toilet and hand sink, and there was 6 waiting urine samples in the cupboard of the bathroom. It felt very unsanitary and poorly organized. Avoid this clinic if you can
Super rude staff. Sonographer was very un welcoming. Kept making faces. It was my anatomy scan and she showed me baby for like 12 seconds. When asked to confirm gender, she said I did not see that. Zero stars if there was an option.
Went there for blood work and there was an elderly nurse with little bit curly hair who was to withdraw my blood and i mentioned her politely that im sorry not trying to be rude but its hard to find a vein and everytime they have to poke me several times and i might feel dizzy if poked too many times and she was so so rude to me and shouted on me like get up right now and go into the room ,i said get up and go into the room and i was scared that she will not take out my blood for blood work ,when she take my blood it was so ... read more
