Booked me in a week when other places took months. Super polite staff, was in and out of my appointment in minutes. Doctors were exactly on time and place was super clean. Coffee shop inside makes it feel cozy and not that anxiety inducing hospital atmosphere.

This is more based on the Indigo Park then the labs themselves. Patroller #509 gives out tickets before you can even reach the payment machine. So unless you are paying through the app ahead of time expect to get a ticket. I went with my newborn baby and went through the backdoor to the front of the building by the time I was able to pay(5 people ahead of me). I received my ticket.
