Slow to pay subcontractors.
These guys came back to look at HVAC work they installed after the GC closed shop. They came and examined the HVAC return issue which I do appreciate.
Just in contact with Daniel Duarte (GM) at Phoenix to address HVAC return air and vent concerns....looking forward to see the response from them. will review with photos and more detail for indepth review.
