I called this morning. The number does not work. The building is empty. The sign is still there.
Didn't show up on either of the days that they said they would. Later that week they called randomly and asked if we still wanted it looked at. It was an inconvenient time but I didn't want to wait another 5-6 days for an inspection. Then we were told we might need to replace a part or the entire water heater. It was extremely unclear. Then to top it off I got a bill for almost $100! Yikes! Terrible, all around.
