STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY - not licensed, no integrity, until recently claimed to be a “general contractor” and just switched his description to “handy man” 🙄 Regardless of what he calls himself, in our home he proved that he had misrepresented himself and his qualifications and skills in deck building and we should not have trusted him to touch our home. We used Phoenix MC when purchasing a house, as we had a very narrow timeframe to get an inspection on a barn and outbuilding on our property to keep our home loan from being denied. He was thorough, made some recommendations, documented the buildings, and was able to get us a safety/inspection report within 48 hours of our initial request. We would not own our home without him! We will definitely be using him as we decide to renovate our barn, and possibly build more structures on the property.
I had a recent DUI crash at my house. Which was unfortunate. I tried calling many home contractors near by. James was the only one who responded back. He was super friendly, responsive, super quick and very budget friendly. He gives us many good suggestions on how things can be altered. I highly recommend him for any house remodeling
