I wanted to say how awesome of an experience I had with Phoenix LLC and Ammar! For one, I really appreciated his kindness and transparency right off the bat he also was very patient with me too. I immediately felt comfortable speaking to him and asking all of my questions about the vehicle I was interested in as buying any used vehicle seems “risky.” I’m very glad I found and went through with our purchase! We love our new ride and after 4 long road trips and 11K miles later, we are still happy!
We bought a car with Mohamed he’s a very nice,friendly and believable guy.
We bought a Subaru Outback from here and it was a very smooth experience. The car has been just how they promised and they even followed up to make sure everything was running well a month later. Highly recommend!
Ammar was extremely helpful, he honors his word and if you have any requests or concerns he does his best to figure out a fair deal. He is not pushy, and is super respectful and friendly. If buying a car seems super overwhelming for you, this is a little more old school and way less stressful than most big dealerships.
The communication and ease of buying our vehicle was so amazing! Paperwork was SO fast. We don’t live in Utah and didn’t have any problems when we registered it in our state. We appreciate how easy this process was for us. I definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate buying from them again.
