My time was well spent when attending a class on planting, caring, and growing herbs. Vickie's instructions and suggestions are encouraging, easy to understand, and appropriate for both new and seasoned gardeners. She shares her knowledge with ease and her responses and demonstrations show her passion for gardening and her desire to share the fun. Let my herb garden begin! Today I participated in a class and planting demonstration by the owner of Phoenix Kitchen Gardens, (Vickie) on growing an herb garden. What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning! We received an overview, printed material to take home, info about growing in AZ, a very nice garden container, oregano and thyme starter plants. We were able to ask questions and learned a lot. I can’t wait to try using the herbs in my cooking. 🪴. Thank you Vickie!
