This is a WARNING not a review! I have had multiple repairs of jewelry done here and they all come back faulty every time. If you do have work done in store, they will do a jerry rig job and damage your jewelry. For both repair issues I was argued about how it was done properly and it was already like that before, etc. If they can’t do the work there majority of the time, they have it sent out to Jacksonville. They repaired my heirloom ring and it's perfect. They also repaired and reshaped two other rings beautifully. They are polite, do excellent work and are quick!
