I personally haven’t been here, but my wife took her wedding ring in to get estimate for fixing bent band. They took it to the back and fixed it, and didn’t charge. Stand up place, definitely recommend.
I just had several batteries replaced, two watches resized, and one of them cleaned while I waited in their store. I was not expecting that. Fast and friendly, and they have beautiful one of a kind pieces.
Awesome people and place
Very pleasant experience at Phoenix. Needed watch battery replacements and the proprietors, a lovely couple, took care of it in a very timely and reasonably priced manner. Will definitely return when the need arises.
This is a fantastic jewelry store. The staff is so helpful and amiable and the service is very quick and they do very great quality repairs and jewelry resizing. I highly recommend.
