Pull in and read the signs. Don’t stop in front of the office. It blocks traffic coming in and out. Go down turn around and park on the side. Office opens around 0730. Supervisor nice lady at check in. Docks 1&2 can be tough, take your time.
these turtles just sleep on the job. My appt is at 9.00, checked in at 8.00 and... 13.00 I still haven't even received the door. There is a sign on the office door: late appt fee $350, reschedule fee $200, but no one writes what the fee is for late unloading. Who needs to restart - welcome
Been coming here for 12 years, staff has always been great, dock workers 1st class. Like anywhere can get busy. Come thru entrance go left to staging park and walk to office bring DL can be a good walk though. Has overnight parking
Terrible place for a unloaded , more than 5 hours for an unloaded , and when I leave they give me the wrong paper, I had to turn around, they give me the correct paper, the person in the office is very nice
