A lot of people coming right out jails and prison and off the street so as you can imagine it’s a self run zoo, adult daycare more or less. People would be bringing drugs in and doing them in their rooms, sneaking out and on the roofs at night. A whole lot of people died after this and since then sadly. A counselor was fired for sleeping with a client then but a couple of the therapists were alright.
