False advertising. Avoid
My home was over one year delayed and took over 3 years to build in total. It was incredibly inconvenient for my family. A delay that long is unheard of for a freehold property. We are moved in now and the service is absolutely horrible. They book appointments months out and then no one shows up or they show up and don’t fix anything and claim it’s not them who fixes it. You better go with another builder with your loved floorplan, dont rely on Phoenix to custom your floorplan. Phoenix charged different price for same upgrade for different customers. If they see you need that upgrade, they charged you more. I paid 300k in upgrade. They charged me almost $46000 plus tax when people pay only about $26000 plus tax to extend the squarefootage. I did not know the price at that time and decided to go with the extend squarefootage option because I think my house will look much better with that exte... read more
