DONT DO IT!! Save your money and your mental health. Worst new home experience ever. Not my first new build. Quality is absolutely terrible. Mouse infestation before we moved in, we were told it’s our problem. Vaulted ceiling windows were incorrectly installed, protruding from the siding. I’ve had a great experience with my Phoenix Home! Having purchased from other premium builders, I can confidently say that Phoenix’s build quality truly stands out. Their post-delivery support has also been excellent. I’ve worked with Alison Bowie, who has been fantastic—always easy to reach and willing to help, even if it’s just to remind me of my paint color code. (10/10). I would absolutely buy a Phoenix Home again.
I bought my house in December 2020 and I received an unfinished home in October 2024 I never dealt with such a dishonest builder, after many delays and overcharges the final product is full rocks darts and debris so unsafe that you cannot let your kids in the yard and this is after your 30 days Tarion report. Very unresponsive company.
