I bought my house in December 2020 and I received an unfinished home in October 2024 I never dealt with such a dishonest builder, after many delays and overcharges the final product is full rocks darts and debris so unsafe that you cannot let your kids in the yard and this is after your 30 days Tarion report. Very unresponsive company. We purchased a Phoenix Homes after a recommendation from two different friends. They mentioned how accommodating Phoenix was to custom changes and that was also our experience. I’d like to say that I would buy another house from Them but Phoenix already built our forever home. Let them build your forever home too!
