If I could give a negative star I would! Phoenix aka CA Jones was one of the worst experiences ever! Gave deposit for total Kitchen Remodel in May 2024 for start date of July 15, 2024 (was told it would be a 2 week total job) Was advised in June all cabinets were ordered and we were on a good time line. Phoenix (Dillion) emailed me July 11, 2024 stating my project would not be started. Blamed Home Depot stating nothing had been ordered. Home Depot states nothing was paid for. Had Rob (electrician) out to rework things for our kitchen remodel and he was wonderful. Straight forward, quick and even swept the kitchen after he finished! Thanks for your expertise Rob!
Our experience with Phoenix Remodeling has been extremely unsatisfactory. There has been a significant lack of communication from their corporate office. Our project has been ongoing for over 11 months and remains incomplete. The quality of work was substandard, leading to a shutdown by the city of Edwardsville. Phoenix Remodeling left our home in an unsafe condition for several months and failed to address these issues. Phoenix Home Remodeling.....powered by CA Jones....Started this catastrophe in April/May....Poor communication, and quite frankly THE WORST experience ever. Had to have our lawyer write a demand letter to have our down payment of $40k returned to us. Money was due September 20th. Only after they received the demand letter did they call to address our issues and concerns. This effort was too little, too late. What a joke of a company. No communication what so ever. Doesn’t pay their subcontractors, scams homeowners out of money. “The Director of operations” has not a clue how to do her job. Stay far far away.
