Stopped by **Phoenix Home Medical** just to ask about getting a new CPAP mask, and they took amazing care of me right away. Not only did they work me in quickly, they got me properly fitted for a new mask and stocked me up with all the supplies I needed. They also took the time to clearly explain the replacement schedule and answered all my questions with a professional, “let’s get it done” attitude. The whole experience was smooth, helpful, and efficient. Phoenix Home Medical rocks—great job, ladies! You spoiled me.

These ostomy pouches were purchased from Phoenix for a whopping $65. The pouches leak and Phoenix refused to provide a refund or different merchandise.. Do not buy this product, it is a waste of time, money in addition to the clean up from a leaking ostomy pouch
I went in to phoenix home medical yesterday to ask them about getting supplies for my mom whom recently just had colon surgery. I was told by the person sitting at the front desk “ we are NOT taking any new patients!!” . She was very rude and not helpful. I just needed assistance on where I could get these supplies for my mother and her colostomy bag/ surgery scar. It felt like I was bothering her and she did not want to help.
